We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you when you book a short term rental includes:

  • Full Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address

Once a booking is made for a short term rental, we will share the Name, Phone number and Email address of the traveller with the property owner. This will ensure that the property owner can contact the person coming to his/her property.

Likewise, we will share the Owner's name, owners' phone and email address with the person that booked a certain property. This will allow both owner and traveller to agree on a suitable arrival time to the vacation rental.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

We do not collect any credit or debit card details. We use a third party website, Paypal, to process all online payments.

We therefore do not store any financial information on our databases.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

We do not make use of any cookies to track user behaviour on the site.

We will not share nor sell your private information to any third parties unless we are required to do so by a Court.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that you would like to cancel a rental booking, you simply need to email us and we will refund your initial deposit in full within 24 hours. You can use that the deposit as a guarantee for another reservation, or simply decide that you want your money back, in which case the full deposit will be refunded.
